  • What is the bedding configuration in each apartment?

    Three-bedroom apartments 2 x Queen Bed + 2 x Single Bed or 3x Queen Bed.

    Two-bedroom apartments 1 x Queen Bed + 2 x Single Bed or 2 x Queen Bed.

    One-bedroom apartments 1 x Queen Bed.

  • Does my apartment have bay views?

    We have a wide variety of apartments, some with bay views and some without. Please either view individual apartments on the website for more information, or contact us.

  • What are the ''check in'' and ''check out'' times?

    Check in at 2.00 p.m.

    Check out 10.00 a.m. (unless other arrangements have been made)

  • How do we gain access to our apartment when we arrive?

    You will be supplied with a contact phone number of a hostess who will greet you upon arrival, hand over the keys and help get you settled.

  • Are the apartments serviced daily?

    Short stay bookings are not serviced, servicing on short stays can be arrange at an additional cost.
    Mid - long term bookings may include servicing, please contact to discuss.

  • Is all linen provided?

    Yes, all apartments come with bed and bathroom linen.

  • Is there secure car parking available?

    Yes, each apartment has secure undercover carparking available.

  • Do the apartments have lifts?

    Yes.

  • We have a baby, can you supply a porta cot and high chair?

    Yes. Portacot (including linen) and highchairs can be arrange at an additional cost - please make sure you let our team know your needs prior to arrival.

  • Can you provide a babysitting service?

    No, we are not able to provide this service sorry!

  • What happens if I need to cancel?

    4 WEEKS OR MORE NOTICE
    30 Days or more notice - $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.

    LESS THAN 4 WEEKS NOTICE
    Less than 30 Days notice - forfeit of deposit paid at that time booking.

    LESS THAN 7 DAYS NOTICE
    7 Days or less notice - forfeit of the total accommodation fee.

  • When and how do I pay?

    Booking through our website:
    You will be charged 50% of the total accommodation fee as a deposit at the time of booking or you can pay in full at time of making booking. Payment can be made by Visa or Master Card,
    Your remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged to the same Visa or Master Card 7 business days prior to your check in date.
